Tim Howard tops the list of best Americans in England - only Clint Dempsey joins him in the top 100 players in the English premiership.

Bradley Guzan and Geoff Cameron have been impressive this season and locked in starting roles for their respective teams.  This respect from their managers has helped to earn them places just shy of the top-100 mark.

Meanwhile, Eric Lichaj's struggles have been suitably discussed but he is playing on a team that is keen to test out its young talent.  Consequently, he promises to get plenty of practice this season.
